As a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Specialist , you'll support strategic tax initiatives related to acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments. You'll collaborate with senior tax leadership, finance, and legal teams to assess risks, ensure compliance, and identify planning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• The Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Specialist will lead due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions.
• Provide support for ASC 740 income tax reporting and financial disclosures.
• Research domestic and international tax law changes and advise on implications.
