total joints both upper and lower extremity, neurosurgical lumbar surgeries,

general surgery such as hernia repair and mastectomies, male urological

procedure and endoscopyTraveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement

WeekendDescription : TBD / Holidays required if needed
