Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in person and virtually based on district requirements
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives
- Develop and implement training content and production standards to expand learning services
- Support employee training development via competency programs for current and future requirements
- Provide individual training records for reporting purposes
- Act as a catalyst for best-practice sharing across district locations
- Assist Engineering with document revision requirements
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- Manage business travel and training expenditures efficiently following company policies
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on service experience with NOV Downhole tools preferred
- Significant applicable downhole tool service experience required
- Must be willing to travel domestic and international
