Presbyterian is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher to receive emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch security personnel to designated locations.

This is a Per Required Need position - Exempt : No.

Job is based at Presbyterian Hospital.

Work hours : Varied Days and Hours.

Ideal Candidate :

Less than one year in general security experience.

Qualifications

• Less than one year experience in general security, however 1 year security experience preferred.
• Must possess effective communication and written and documentation skills.
• Type accurately at a speed necessary for successful job performance Must be able to perform all requirements and training of a security technician.
• Must be able to demonstrate familiarization of hospital locations (PHS, KPH, RMC ) and security operations within 6 months of hire date.

Education Essential : High School Diploma or GED
