Working Hours / Rota The hospital emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and works closely with doctors to ensure a healthy work / life balance. Weekend commitments are not required for those who prefer weekday-only schedules. Operating on a walk-in basis, the hospital uses a visible waitlist to manage patient flow efficiently and transparently. As general practice services are introduced, scheduling will remain collaborative and supportive. Role Description and Responsibilities This position combines the fast pace of urgent care with the long-term relationship-building of general practice. The veterinarian will see a wide range of cases, including wellness exams, sick visits, diagnostics, and minor procedures. As the practice expands, this role includes the opportunity to help shape protocols, set client communication standards, and contribute directly to the design of the general practice service line. The hospital supports continuing education and encourages input from its doctors in clinical and operational decisions. Practice Details and Team This modern facility includes Digital X-ray, Dental X-ray, and five exam rooms, with ongoing investment in digital systems, staff development, and client communication tools. The practice is currently transitioning to a new digital platform to streamline workflow and improve patient record management.
