As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned auto industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a strong presence throughout the area. You will conduct regular patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues within the location. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site personnel regarding security-related incidents. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from restricted areas within the auto facility. Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and / or site management. Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control systems and / or badge processes is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
