Compensation : $55,000 base salary annually + bonus opportunities Modality : Hybrid requires regular in-office presence in West Valley, UT Schedule : MondayFriday; 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and strengthen relationships with vendor accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct daily pipeline reviews, identifying opportunities and driving follow-up actions.
  • Ensure vendors move efficiently through the sales cycle by leading strategic, quota-driven conversations.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions virtually or over the phone.
  • Communicate the Clicklease program and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the regional outside sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term vendor success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow financing volume with existing vendor partners.
  • Research vendor industries to better understand client business needs and tailor solutions.
  • Summarize territory performance, pipeline activity, and market insights for weekly reporting.
  • Report geographic trends and business opportunities to management.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and activities in Salesforce CRM.

What You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving business needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor

  • Experience in B2B equipment financing or financial services
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
