What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior, strategic client counsel
  • Consistently produce coherent strategies for clients and projects
  • Drive business development and support agency infrastructure
  • Manage, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a culture of high performance
  • Represent the employer and key clients at high-level industry events and conferences

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors
  • Extensive writing and editing experience in various print and online media
  • Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive strategic communications and marketing programs

  • Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
  • Experience in building, managing, and mentoring a team of communications specialists
