A highly respected hospital in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing anesthesia team. This is a full-time, definite job opportunity offering an engaging variety of cases, a balanced call schedule, and outstanding compensation. Position Overview :
CRNAs in this practice are involved in administering anesthesia across a wide spectrum of surgical procedures, including cardiac, thoracic, major vascular, obstetrics, pediatrics, neuroanesthesia, and outpatient surgery . There are also opportunities to participate in regional anesthesia, chronic pain management, and office-based anesthesia . Approximately 50% of your time will be medically directed by an anesthesiologist, with the remainder offering a level of independence that supports both autonomy and collaboration.
The team values a patient-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire for continuous learning. CRNAs also contribute to preoperative screenings and may assist with critical care medicine, depending on interest and experience.
Schedule & Call :
Enjoy a structured Monday through Friday schedule with no first or second call responsibilities , providing a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive salary range of $260,000 to $290,000
$100,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications :
Current New York State RN license and NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
New graduates welcome -mentorship and support provided
ACLS and PALS certifications required
