Personal Lines Account Manager

Location : Cookeville, TN (In-Office Position)

Pay : Starting at $19.20 / hour. Additional compensation available depending on experience and insurance licensing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a local reputable insurance team in Cookeville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys helping people and building lasting client relationships.

As part of our team, you’ll service existing accounts, provide sales support, prepare quotes, and work directly with customers to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts through phone calls and in-office visits.
• Provide direct sales support and prepare quotes for producers.
• Process endorsements, new applications, and renewals.
• Follow up on cancellations, late notices, and accounts receivable.
• Review new products and maintain monthly expiration lists.
• Update and maintain customer files in the Agency Management System.
• Assist with daily office operations including mail, email, and documentation.
• Support Risk Managers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local insurance regulations.
