Options for either Part Time or Full Time

What You Will Be Doing

Delivering treatment and care to residents in a long-term and short term rehab care environment

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health to supervisors

Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities

Recording vital signs and updating patient charts

Supporting nurses and other staff with clinical tasks

Following professional standards and regulatory requirements

Performing additional duties as assigned

✅ Skills You Need

High school diploma or GED and NY LPN certification

Prior Experience In Long-term Care Preferred (not Required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer proficiency
