Job Description Key Responsibilities

8 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Lifecycle and Marketing Operations.

Lead workshops requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate discussions with cross-functional marketing teams.

Create high-quality documentation using tools such as Lucidchart Visio Miro Word Confluence and Google Docs.

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear actionable requirements.

Support marketing initiatives by working with development QA and operations teams.

Strong understanding of marketing technologies including Salesforce NetSuite HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Eloqua and related platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to executive stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities provide clarity and deliver accurate comprehensive documentation.
