Position : ALLIED-Certified Cath Lab Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cath lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the lab.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during procedures.
Support the development of best practices within the cath lab.
Document patient information and procedures accurately in medical records.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of procedures and patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab environment.
Experience / Qualifications
Must hold a valid ALLIED certification for Cath Lab Technicians.
Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a cath lab setting.
Ability to monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients about procedures.
Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting cath lab equipment effectively.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient-centered care.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.
Experience in documenting patient information accurately in medical records.
Experience in evaluating and reporting on procedures and patient outcomes.
