A clinician-led, hospital-employed, non-profit health system in the Greater Philadelphia / South Jersey area is expanding its high-acuity cardiac anesthesia team. This is the system’s exclusive site for cardiac and transplant procedures, offering a unique opportunity to work on some of the most complex cases in the region, including the launch of a new heart transplant program.

With a strong core of long-tenured cardiac anesthesiologists, the group is looking to add due to continued growth. The practice also offers an optional non-call track for candidates preferring a more predictable lifestyle.

This is one of the highest-paying cardiac anesthesia jobs in the NJ / Philadelphia region, combining academic-level cases with private-practice-level compensation —without the academic salary limitations.

Position Details :

403(b) with 50% match on contributions up to 6%

6 weeks PTO (288 hours)
