Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Responsive Communication : Handle client inquiries with timely and informative responses to ensure their needs are fully addressed.
Policy Presentation : Clearly and effectively explain insurance policies to clients, highlighting benefits and customization options.
Quote Generation : Create and present insurance quotes tailored to the specific requirements of clients.
Account Management : Foster ongoing relationships, ensuring continued client satisfaction and loyalty to Scott Lazenby State Farm.
Sales Growth : Proactively seek new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty License. Will need to possess an active Texas Life, Health License within the first month of employment.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Customer Service : Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
