What You Will Do

• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients / customers, referring physicians, and / or clinics, payers, and supporting transplant staff.
• Works together as an integrated team and maintains positive relationships.
• Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
• Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.
• Maintains knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients in all phases of the transplant process occurring in both the in-patient and out-patient setting.
