Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Patient Services Representative :

• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-payments and reconciling payments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details using systems like CS-Link or Epic.
• Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and handle referrals and authorizations for various insurance plans.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with department guidelines.
