Our client, an established Pasadena-based accounting firm is seeking a driven Accounting Manager to join their growing team. The firm has built a strong reputation over the past 15+ years for its client-first approach and collaborative, family-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients across entertainment, medical, and engineering sectors

Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and tax filings with accuracy and attention to detail

Serve as a trusted advisor , providing proactive guidance and exceptional client service

Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships through a consultative, sales-minded approach

Collaborate closely with partners and team members to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.

8+ years of public accounting experience, ideally from a small or mid-sized firm

Solid understanding of GAAP, tax preparation, and client accounting services

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of client portfolios in a growing firm
