Service Delivery Executive

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Executive to enhance their Application Development practice.

Key Responsibilities

Co-develop solution roadmaps with pre-sales engineers and client stakeholders

Define tailored offshore, nearshore, and hybrid delivery models to meet client needs

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, monitoring satisfaction metrics and addressing delivery risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven experience in services delivery leadership within enterprise Application Development environments

Deep understanding of modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native technologies

Fluency in offshore and hybrid delivery models with global team coordination experience

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence upstream decisions

Familiarity with enterprise web development technologies such as Python, Java, and JavaScript
