The Office Assistant answers the telephone, receives messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel; receives, sort and files various documents.

Type various documents, letters, memos, etc. Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail, generate and process subpoenas etc.

Knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, proficient in the use of computer input, data, photocopy machine, scanner etc.

Ability to type 40wpm and have good customer service skills. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
