Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

We're a small, collaborative Omaha law firm (4 attorneys) looking to add an experienced

• Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
• to our team.

What you'll do :

Defend workers' compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa

Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and collect medical records

Take depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials

What we're looking for :

Licensed in Nebraska (Iowa license a plus, or willingness to obtain)

2+ years of litigation or workers' comp experience

Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
