Clinical Director, Mental Health

A company is looking for a Clinical Director, Clinical Care Model Design and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical care model design and optimization for mental health services

Develop and refine clinical quality frameworks and conduct quality improvement projects

Act as a clinical subject matter expert in external engagements and clinical research

Required Qualifications

Doctoral degree in psychology or medical degree in psychiatry; active license preferred

Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in virtual mental health care

Experience in clinical quality improvement and evidence-based practice

Proven track record of successful collaboration across various operational teams

Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
