Our team is responsible for all aspects of engineering for this ecosystem of applications and services.

As a Principal Group Engineering Manager - M365 Copilot App, you will lead a team to develop and improve the Copilot application across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms. You will guide engineering managers in architectural decisions and support your team in making effective technical choices that balance innovation and platform stability.

You will work closely with your Engineering Managers and Product counterparts to take ideas through design, implementation, validation, and release. You will plan investments for your organization, assign work to teams, and help them manage execution of projects. You will help foster a fast paced, collaborative environment to design, prototype, implement, and ship features. You will partner across multiple product and platform teams in Microsoft and define reusable architectural patterns and techniques that enable consistent and intelligent user experiences at scale. You will mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical knowledge in architecture, performance profiling, and cross-platform design systems. You will attract and hire top engineering talent. You will provide engineering leadership to the team in taking on the technical complexities inherent in building and delivering a consumer-grade application that powers cross-platform AI experiences.
