Job description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Document all aspects of patient care accurately in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control procedures.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Current and valid RN license in the state of employment.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Benefits

Hourly Rate : $55 per hour.

Additional shift differentials for night and weekend shifts.
