Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled and reliable SEASONAL TEMPORARY REGIONAL TRUCK DRIVERS to join our team in SPANAWAY, WA . This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. Our drivers enjoy regular home time, with no-touch freight and some drop-and-hook store deliveries. Join our team and maximize your earnings this season!

  • Requirements :

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Availability to work for the full duration of the seasonal assignment
  • Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military experience)
  • Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, prior employment)
  • DOT-compliant : drug screening, medical qualifications, and current physical certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and safety procedures
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of driving, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

  • Physical Demands :

  • Manual Dexterity : Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, controls, and equipment.
  • Heavy Lifting : Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs.
  • Extended Sitting : Long periods of sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days.
  • Focus & Navigation : Continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness.
  • Variable Hours : Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.
  • Weather Exposure : Loading and unloading operations may occur in various weather conditions.
  • Climbing & Balancing : Entering / exiting truck cabs and trailers and securing cargo safely.
  • Safety Compliance : Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment.
