Job descriptionEnsuring a clean and efficient environment in the operating room, preparing materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures using aseptic techniques. Assisting with patient positioning, transporting, and monitoring equipment throughout surgical procedures. Maintaining a sterile field and anticipating the needs of the surgical team. Serving as a Second Assistant during surgeries when necessary. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. No prior experience is necessary. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must maintain functional sight and hearing for optimal performance. Compliance with safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is essential.

What We Offer :
- Competitive compensation within the pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, based on your qualifications and experience.

- Sign-on bonuses : $10,000 for qualified candidates and an additional $2,000 for PM shifts.
