As a Senior Associate in Experience Strategy, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research projects and customer strategies to achieve our clients' business and people-based marketing goals. You will gain an understanding of clients' businesses, the motivations of their customers and target audiences, and the effects of trends within their industry.
You will need both an analytical and strategic mindset. You will assess and summarize datasets from several sources, uncover audience motivations from qualitative research, and tell a story about those findings through audience personas and journeys.
As a Senior Associate, Experience Strategy you will:
Support the development of strategic deliverables like strategic briefs, personas, journeys, and roadmaps based on research and leveraging innovative insights for execution by creative and user experience teams.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.
Help build client workshops, presentations and other working sessions to determine client goals and develop strategic recommendations.
Act as a catalyst to creative, UX and technology teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand experience and in identifying future opportunities.
Demonstrate mastery in using secondary research tools and supporting primary customer research that includes customer interviews, desktop research and quantitative surveys.
Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Work with teams to assess the performance of current-state digital experiences and identify opportunities to strength future-state experiences.
Report to the Senior Director, Experience Strategy.
Have the ability to work within a remote environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in research, strategy, or marketing-related field.
2+ years on industry experience in marketing, digital experience, primary research or strategic planning.
Experience in web, mobile or campaign experiences.
Up to 10% travel potentially allocated.
Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 -$96,025.Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
