Job description

We believe data drives impact—and we’re looking for a Data and Insights Manager to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.

In this role, you’ll collect, analyze, and report on data that supports program outcomes, CQI initiatives, grant requirements, and compliance across the organization.

This position collaborates with leadership and program teams to define meaningful outcome measures, integrate data into organizational goals, and design visual tools—dashboards, charts, and reports—that make our progress visible and measurable.

This role translates technical findings into concise, accessible narratives to help guide internal planning and strengthen our communications with funders, partners, and stakeholders.

The Data and Insight Manager will enhance data workflows, particularly those connected to our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other data sources, ensuring data integrity and usability.

By identifying trends, evaluating improvement efforts, and documenting progress, this position helps foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability across all programs.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

The working location and arrangement may be negotiable.

The salary range is $60,000 - $70,000.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analyst or evaluation role, preferably in a nonprofit or human services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to translate data findings for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with EHR data or reporting systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • The successful completion of a background check is a condition of employment.
