KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation and AI Solutions to join our CFO / F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in our CFO organization.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Manager in implementing Automation and AI solutions, focusing on AI / ML, Automation, and Agentic AI opportunities to enhance Chief Financial Officer (CFO) processes and analytics.
• Analyze data patterns to identify AI opportunities; conduct hands-on experimentation with AI platforms and vendors, and document technical specifications.
• Collaborate with CFO teams and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet strategic business requirements; support the Manager in project planning and implementation.
• Contribute to change management initiatives by designing training sessions and office hours to increase employee proficiency in AI tools.
• Assist in establishing AI architecture aligned with market trends and organizational standards; regularly update components to reflect ecosystem changes.

Qualifications :

KPMG complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. The salary range for this position is $70,900 - $143,500. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
