Remote Factory Automation Engineer

What Will You Do?

• Monitor automation systems and equipment remotely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automation hardware and software.
• Provide remote support to on-site technicians and engineers
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of automation systems.
• Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Generate regular reports on system status and any issues encountered.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Optimize the performance of automation systems by fine-tuning settings and parameters.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to implement performance-enhancing modifications.
• Improvements and Optimization (Performance Tuning)

• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining or improving system performance.
• Oversee the installation and integration of new automation systems and equipment.
• Write and maintain software programs for automation controllers
• Update and modify existing automation software for new requirements and improvements
• Conduct thorough testing of new and existing automation systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Validate system performance against predefined criteria and industry standards.
