Overview
The Assistant Office Manager supports the Manager in coordinating the routine administrative needs of the Medical Practice. Location : Wading River, NY. Schedule : Full Time, Monday through Friday 8-5; on call Saturdays when not off. Salary Range : $67,935 - $76,162. Pay will be determined based on experience, preferred qualifications, and education.

Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in coordinating the routine administrative needs of the Medical Practice, assists in directing and supervising office activities and clerical staff, and maintains procedures and standards for administrative functions to ensure the safe and smooth management of the facility.
