Job Description

Job Title : Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Northeast Oregon

Start Date : Flexible

Position Details

  • Join an established ENT team with 2 full-time physicians and 2 allergy nurses
  • Bread and butter ENT with professional autonomy
  • 4-day workweek schedule
  • Average 20 patients / day (more if desired)
  • Weekly block OR time
  • Full-time medical scribes available
  • Equipment : Microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, in-office audiology
  • Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation package : $600K+
  • Quality incentives up to $100K
  • RVU bonus based on annual threshold
  • $50K commencement bonus
  • $8,000 annually for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions
  • Student loan repayment options available
  • Paid malpractice
