Bring your craft to a shop where precision matters. As a Precision Mold Tooling Specialist, you will machine, fit, assemble, and finish components to build and repair molds, ensuring reliable performance on the floor and repeatable quality at the press.

A Day in the Shop
Your day starts at the bench, carefully spotting aluminum and steel prototype and production molds. You confidently disassemble and reassemble tooling with minimal supervision, following tool designs and accepted procedures. You’ll build and repair injection molds, verify dimensional accuracy through quality checks, and make smart, timely adjustments to improve the tool. Preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications are all part of keeping our molds production-ready.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating Bridgeports, lathes, radial drills, and surface grinders. Experience with hand tools is preferred.
