Salary : Base $32,500 with potential earnings up to $75,000 (commission-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with selecting and purchasing automotive parts
• Provide product recommendations, inform customers of promotions, and offer complementary items
• Retrieve parts from inventory and process special orders when needed
• Support service technicians by ensuring timely delivery of parts for in-progress repairs
• Handle phone inquiries with accurate price quotes and parts availability
• Prepare orders for delivery, shipping, or pickup
• Maintain organized and clean parts counters, bins, and storage areas
• Ensure parts are properly charged to repair orders and returned items are processed with accurate documentation
• Stay up to date with product updates and participate in training opportunities
• Collaborate effectively with service, sales, and other departments to provide top-tier support
