Director of AI Center of Excellence

A company is looking for a Director of IT - AI CoE & PLG.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the AI Center of Excellence, focusing on AI use case development and operationalization

Serve as the IT lead for Product-Led Growth initiatives, collaborating with the Product team on technology capabilities

Oversee the automation platform, driving efficiency through intelligent process automation and integration strategies

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 7+ years in leadership roles

Experience enabling Product-Led Growth programs, particularly with AWS Marketplace integration

Proven management experience with software engineering teams and development standards

Deep understanding of enterprise automation tools, with a preference for Workato experience

Experience in delivering AI / ML solutions or integrating AI assistants into workflows
