• Work Location : UAB St Vincent's East\n

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.\n
• Serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.\n
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.\n
• Assesses and coordinates patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.\nWhat You Will Need\n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.\n
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n\nEducation : \n
• Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing AND professional licensure at time of hire required.
