A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to foster and maintain relationships with ESOP plan administration clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned ESOP clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery aligned with client expectations
Prepare and review Plan Health Reports, recommending improvements based on data insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
Experience in managing client meetings and touchpoints
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
ESOP knowledge preferred but not required
