Position Summary

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with strong experience in psychiatric medication management, and a background working in both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment settings. This role is fully telehealth-based, providing virtual psychiatric evaluations, follow-up appointments, and medication management for patients with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth.
• Provide ongoing medication management and treatment planning.
• Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and potential side effects.
• Manage patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow CA state / federal regulations and organizational protocols.
