Job descriptionManage 15-18 patients per day Perform procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, Hemorrhoid Banding, and more Participate in a 1 : 4 hospital call schedule Provide outpatient care across multiple office locations Engage in telehealth services as needed Monday to Friday, Days + 1 : 4 hospital call rotation Strong clinical and procedural gastroenterology skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence Adaptability to use EMR and telehealth platforms Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Georgia medical license (or willingness to obtain) DEA registration prior to start (mandatory) Clean malpractice preferred Avoid the hassle of permanent relocation by taking on temporary assignments in various locations, experiencing different communities without long-term commitment. Bridge employment gaps or transitions between permanent positions by taking on locum assignments, maintaining income and professional engagement during transitional periods. Build a wide professional network by collaborating with different healthcare teams, opening doors for future career prospects and collaborations. Engage with peers and colleagues in collaborative learning environments, sharing insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to patient care. Explore telemedicine or remote healthcare opportunities through locum assignments, leveraging technology to deliver care to patients in underserved or remote areas.
