Senior Corporate M&A Associate – Fort Lauderdale

JM Networking, LLC is recruiting on behalf of a premier global law firm for a Senior Associate (6–8+ years of experience) to join its Corporate Practice, with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. This full-time role is based in the Fort Lauderdale office and offers access to high-profile transactions, a collaborative team culture, and significant career growth potential.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • 6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on M&A, at a leading law firm
  • Proven ability to independently manage all aspects of complex transactions
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
  • Prior representation of private equity funds and portfolio companies
  • Strong network of business contacts in the South Florida market
