About the Role

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Prismatic, you will optimize and improve martech infrastructure, processes, and data operations. This is a high-impact IC role working closely with marketing, sales, and rev ops to provide transparency into marketing performance and ad spend efficiency.

You'll keep marketing operations running smoothly, build data frameworks that generate actionable insights, and provide the reporting transparency we need to optimize performance. This role requires strategic thinking, technical know-how, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provides clear, actionable insights for marketing decision-making
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across marketing operations, implementing solutions that improve team workflow and system performance
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend improvements
  • Monitor and report on ad spend performance across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc) to provide transparency on campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Support campaign testing, audience segmentation, and A / B testing in partnership with growth and product teams
  • Manage tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, attribution) to ensure accurate measurement of marketing activities
  • Closely collaborate with revenue ops to optimize tech stack and data infrastructure
  • Refine and optimize attribution models to accurately track customer journey touchpoints and improve measurement of marketing impact on pipeline
  • Partner with revenue operations and finance on reporting standards and revenue data integrity
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and governance across all marketing systems to support reliable reporting
  • Maintain documentation of processes, data definitions, and workflows to ensure team alignment and efficient onboarding
  • Provide technical support and training to marketing team on systems, workflows, and best practices

About You

  • 4-6 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of optimizing marketing systems at scale
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with tactical execution
  • Self-starter with high ownership mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environment
  • The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 / yr USD
