We partner with regional providers in telecom, connectivity, energy, and home services to build high-performing field and inside sales teams, backed by hands-on coaching and a proven playbook.
Role Summary
Drive both SMB B2B and residential (D2D / appointment) sales across the KC metro. You’ll combine routed warm / hot leads with targeted outreach, run a crisp discovery → demo → close motion, and log same-day activity in the CRM. This role includes a $1,000 / month retainer plus uncapped commissions .

Your Role
Work warm / hot leads; supplement with targeted neighborhood and SMB outreach
Run discovery, present options, handle objections, close on-site / virtual
Log doors / conversations / demos / closes same day ; maintain forecast hygiene
Coordinate clean installs / activations; confirm next steps on every commit
Share weekly field learnings to refine scripts and territory focus
What We’re Looking For
Face-to-face sales comfort (residential and SMB); coachable, resilient
Clear communication, strong follow-through, and KPI discipline
Smartphone / CRM fluency; valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
$1,000 / month retainer + uncapped commission ; frequent bonus opportunities
Typical OTE $40,000–$85,000+ depending on territory and performance
Final terms and classification confirmed at offer (market-dependent)
