We’re looking for a highly motivated, bilingual (English / Spanish) Assistant Construction Project Manager to help coordinate and execute projects across multiple real estate job sites in the Denver Metro area. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in an environment where initiative, communication, and follow-through matter most.
This role will support project execution from start to finish — ensuring effective and smooth communication between management and contractors, while helping maintain systems that drive efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between management, company crews, and subcontractors.
- Assist in scheduling, tracking, and documenting project progress.
- Use digital tools (Google Workspace, project management software, CompanyCam, Monday, etc.) to organize workflow and record updates.
- Take and review job site photos, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completion.
- Ensure projects follow established systems, processes, and safety protocols.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and help create systems to improve workflow.
- Support management in preparing quotes, reports, and follow-ups as needed.
- Translate and communicate effectively between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in spoken communication.Excellent communication skills; able to give, receive, and execute instructions clearly.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple software tools (Google Docs, Monday, CompanyCam, etc.).Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.History of loyalty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.Prior experience in project coordination, construction, facility services, or related fields is a plus.Ideal Candidate
