Senior Manager, GTM Enablement

The primary goal of the Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement is to accelerate revenue growth by equipping our Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge, training, and resources they need to excel. This role is equal parts leader and practitioner : you will guide a small team of trainers and enablement specialists, while also jumping in directly to deliver impactful enablement programs particularly around our newest and most innovative products.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll set the vision for enablement, drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Revenue leadership, and ensure that every initiative ties back to measurable business outcomes. At the same time, you'll be hands-on : designing and facilitating training sessions, rolling out tools and playbooks, and ensuring our go-to-market teams are ready to succeed in every customer interaction.

• Compensation Range : $100k-$145k base + $40k-$55k variable = $150k-$200k OTE

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Location

This role is based in Colorado Springs, CO, and candidates located there are strongly preferred. The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position : AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA - All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.
