What You’ll Do

Champion safety : Foster a culture where safe practices are second nature.

Grow the business : Lead expansion in Florida, making MC Squared the consultant of choice.

Advance our mission : Drive forward our Vision and Strategic Plan, aligning operations with big-picture goals.

Mentor future leaders : Develop associates in both technical and leadership skills.

Decide smartly : Evaluate opportunities, guide Go / No-Go decisions, and steer strategic investments.

Drive performance : Set annual budgets, oversee operations, and ensure quality, safety, client satisfaction, and financial health.

Lead business development : Build meaningful client relationships and cultivate new opportunities.

Deliver expertise : Guide project teams from proposal to close-out with exceptional project management skills.

What You Bring

Education : BS in Civil Engineering (MS with a Geotechnical focus preferred).

Experience : 15+ years of industry experience (Florida experience highly valued).

Credentials : Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Leadership : Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and lead diverse engineering teams.

Business Acumen : Strong business development skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive results.

Mindset : Strategic, analytical, entrepreneurial, and innovative—always weighing risks and rewards with sound judgment.

Communication : Clear, confident, and collaborative with excellent written and verbal skills.
