Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Hidden Roots Mental Health LLC. This role involves managing the organizations financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to ensure fiscal health and operational excellence. The CFO will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial insight and guidance to support the companys growth and sustainability.

Scope of work

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys mission and growth objectives.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to guide executive decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and performance.
