What would you do as a Universal Banker - Van Buren, AR

As a new Universal Banker in Van Buren, AR, you will immerse yourself in daily activities focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries with a community-centric approach. You will be expected to exhibit detail-orientation in handling account maintenance, loan applications, and financial product recommendations tailored to individual needs.

Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, either 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. You will collaborate closely with team members, participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in communication and customer engagement. Each day offers the opportunity to cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless and personalized.
