Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking Part-time and Full-time Patient Care Assistants for our surgical centers located in the Troy and the Macomb, MI area. Staff may be assigned to either location depending on facility schedules. We are willing to train candidates with applicable medical facility experience. Some of your responsibilities in this role will be :

Pre-op :

• To escort patients to pre-op area
• Obtains vital signs and urine specimens
• Obtains initial information re : driver, NPO status and prep results
• Terminally cleans pre-op rooms at end of the day
• Restocks area as needed
