• Work in Main Operating Room providing surgical nursing care
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule with no call requirements
• 2-3 years of OR experience strongly preferred
• 1 year minimum experience in profession required
• Travel experience required
• 24 hours of orientation provided (3-4 days)
• Patient ratio of 1 : 1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital and LTAC experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required, Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must work with robotic XI, orthopedic, spine / neuro, general / gyn, ENT, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular procedures
• Handle Trauma Level 2 cases
• Care for patients of all age groups : neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Flu vaccine required with medical / religious exemptions allowed
• One pre-approved time off allowed
