Program Coordinator
The Center for Student Success in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the work of our Faculty Initiatives for Education, Learning, and Discovery (FIELD) unit.
About FIELD : FIELD is a vibrant and multifaceted unit dedicated to advancing student success through innovative teaching and curriculum design. Our mission is to inspire and empower faculty, instructional staff, and students to explore new approaches to learning and discovery.
About the Role : The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting FIELD's programs and initiativeshelping to plan, develop, and deliver engaging programming that promotes pedagogical innovation and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This position also contributes to the assessment of FIELD activities, provides supervision and guidance to student assistants, and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the unit.
We're looking for someone who brings strong research, writing, organizational, and project management skills, and who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment focused on making a difference in higher education.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education / Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with college students, instructors, and faculty; prefer experience in college / university teaching.
